CHARACTER INFO
Character Name: Usagi "Chibiusa" Tsukino
Character Canon:
History: Chibiusa/Sailor Chibi Moon
AU History: In the time of the Savior, Chibiusa was the daughter of Usagi, the leader of the warriors who protected the Savior. While she was too young to actually join, she idolized her mother and the other warriors.
But that was the past, and in the current time, Chibiusa is actually a cousin to the modern Usagi Tsukino, though they haven't seen each other since Chibiusa was a toddler. Her parents were naturalists and explorers, and they brought her along on their long term mission to make contact with other people and Pokemon outside of Union. It didn't make for a very 'normal' childhood, but it did make for a very interesting one.
Six months ago, her father was severely injured in a climbing accident while trying to investigate some nests of an unknown bird Pokemon. To get him the treatment he needed, they returned to Union. On the week long trip back to the city, Chibiusa started having very vivid dreams of her past life, but she kept them to herself, figuring her parents had enough to deal with. They've only recently arrived back in the city, though since they left when she was so young, Chibiusa has very few memories of the place, except those that come from her dreams. It's going to take some getting use to.
Canon Personality: When Chibiusa first appears in canon, she's about five years old, and to not put too fine a point on it, kind of a brat. She has no reservations about hypnotizing the entire Tsukino family into accepting her as their 'cousin' despite Usagi's objections. She's exceedingly rude to Usagi, and at first has little respect for the older girl. But underlying and perhaps motivating this is the fact that she's a very young girl who's been more or less thrown back in time and told she doesn't get to go home until she finds the Silver Crystal. It's an overwhelmingly huge task for anyone, much less a small child. And worse, she needs the Silver Crystal to replace the one she thinks she destroyed, and without which, her parents will probably die. Granted, her whole mission would probably have been a lot easier if she's just *told* Usagi what was going on, but she's a young child, laboring under a huge amount of guilt. And to make matters worse, she's never had any real friends, at least not ones near her age, so she doesn't really know how to interact with non-adults. This is one of the main things that lets Wiseman manipulate her and turn her into Black Lady. It's only by realizing that despite everything Usagi and the other senshi are her friends, and remembering the love of her parents in the future, that she's able to return to her normal self. That ends up being a very pivotal moment for Chibiusa, and helps her open her eyes to the fact that there are people willing to help her, if she is willing to give them a chance.
After the defeat of Wiseman, Chibiusa returns to her own time, and one may assume has a decently normal childhood. However, since when she's sent back to the past again, it's with the instruction that she make some friends, which implies that Chibiusa still does not have many, if any in Crystal Tokyo. Which is probably due in part to her status as a princess, combined with the work needed to rebuild after the Black Moon attacks. However, at this point, Chibiusa has lost a lot of the arrogance she had when she first came to the past, and while she certainly has self confidence, she's more aware of her limitations. She and Usagi still butt heads regularly, but it's a lot more of a friendly rivalry than the out-and-out antagonism of earlier.
She also becomes friends with Hotaru, who is probably her first real friend near her age. Much like her mother, Chibiusa offers her friendship wholeheartedly and without reservation, and is quick to defend her new friend, even against Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus's insistence that Hotaru is an enemy. Even though her senshi abilities are still weak comparatively, she shows remarkable tenacity and willingness to try, especially when it means protecting her friends. She is very similar to Sailor Moon in that respect. In fact, she shares a lot of qualities with Sailor Moon/Usagi, which might explain why they argue so much. However, Chibiusa shows a lot more willingness to work hard, both as a senshi and in civilian life, and she doesn't understand a lot of Usagi's laziness.
Despite being younger, Chibiusa is in a lot of ways more mature than Usagi, and is not shy about commenting that she's not sure how the Usagi she knows can possibly grow up to be her mother. Then again, Chibiusa has had the advantage of being raised from birth knowing she's a princess and that one day she is going to become Sailor Moon, whereas Usagi has had that thrust upon her. However, like Usagi, she is a generally cheerful person, and bounces back very quickly from disappointments and such.
AU Deviation: For the AU, Chibiusa doesn't have the whole 'child of the future sent to the past' thing going on, and she's not a princess, or for that matter a senshi, so she doesn't have that sort of expectation hanging over her. However, since she's been out with her parents and away from the city for so many years, she's still going to be very new at the whole 'making friends' thing. However, having spent so much time away from major human contact, she has become very good at bonding to Pokemon.
Canon Abilities: She can transform into Super Sailor Chibi Moon, which gives her access to the Pink Moon Stick and her attack Pink Sugar Heart Attack, which is more of an annoyance than an actually damaging attack. With the Twinkle Yell, she can call forth Pegasus, which allows Super Sailor Moon to perform the Moon Gorgeous Meditation attack. Like Sailor Moon, her odango covers can emit supersonic waves if she cries. Lastly, she also has the Luna-P, which looks like a cat's head and can transform into a variety of useful mundane objects.
She's physically fit, with some knowledge of marital arts, both in senshi form and out of it, though nothing beyond what would be expected of someone her age.
Enlightened Abilities: Starting out Chibiusa has the Mastery of Training ability, and the Fairy Type. She also has access to the Dazzling Gleam move.
With her first evolution her hair will become an intense pink, and her eyes will go from being reddish-brown to true red. She'll also gain the Disarming Voice attack, though her personal attack power is still very weak. However, she also will gain Moonlight to heal her Pokemon and others.
Her second evolution will see the tails of her odango grow longer, and a gold crescent moon will appear on her forehead. Her attack power will increase dramatically, and she'll gain access to the Moonblast attack.

Third-Person:
-What would you say the role of Pokémon is in your life?
Well, they're lots of things. I mean, Kasugai and Licorice are my friends, and Mama and Papa have several Pokemon that help them with their research and help us move camp and stuff. We also had an Arcanine named Lady who looked after me when I was a baby. So I mean I guess I'd say Pokemon are friends and helpers.
-What would you say the most important occupation is within Union?
I'm not sure about in the city itself, but I'm pretty sure my Mama and Papa's job's super important. After all, if no one's willing to go out and learn new things about the world around the city, what good's anything else? And it's not something just anyone can do, so that makes it extra important, right?
-What does the story of the Savior mean to you?
I used to not think much about it at all. But recently, since I've started to have these dreams, I've thought a lot about it. I don't really remember the Savior herself, so I mostly just know the stuff Mama taught me, about how she saved everyone from the wrath of the Legendaries, but I remember, or I think I remember a lot about the warriors who protected her. And I think they're probably just as important. And not just 'cause I think I wanted to be one. Or 'cause my mom in my dreams was one. Doing big things is super important of course, but I think it's just as important to remember the people around the big important ones like the Savior.
-What do you look for in the Pokémon with whom you bond?
I... don't look for anything I don't think? I mean except that they want to be my friend. I would never want to bond with a Pokemon if it didn't want to bond with me. Mama's told me legends about the time before the Savior when people would catch Pokemon against their will and force them to battle. I think that's really bad. Pokemon and people should be friends. And since people are smarter than a lot of Pokemon, it's our responsibility to remember that and be good to our Pokemon.
-A human has attacked a wild Pokémon who retaliates in defense. How do you respond and whom do you defend?
Oh no, that's horrible! I'd obviously defend the Pokemon. People shouldn't attack wild Pokemon! I mean, sometimes Mama and Papa have had to attack Pokemon that get startled and attack them, but they always try to use the least amount of force and drive off the Pokemon rather than hurt them. People need to remember that most Pokemon are wild creatures and shouldn't be disturbed. It's not the Pokemon's fault for defending itself!
-What area do you seek to explore? The peaceful forest, in search of new, previously overlooked discoveries; the uncharted caves, in search of the unknown; or the wildest of mountain terrain, in search of danger, adventure, and thrills?
I wanna follow in Mama and Papa's footsteps and explore completely new places. Of the choices I'd have to say the mountains, though not 'cause of the danger or thrills or anything, but just 'cause that sounds like it'd have the most new things and Pokemon to find. Plus when you're in the mountains, there's always the idea of seeing what's on the other side. I'd love to discover something completely new.
